The Change Champions program was launched in 2024 to support organizations working in advocacy, policy, and systems change to eliminate racial inequity and social injustice. The focus of this grant program is determined by the Board of Directors and revisited at least every three years.

Currently, Change Champions grants are awarded to organizations advancing equitable school funding or increasing the diversity of the teacher pipeline.

Each of these organizations has been awarded $10,000 per year for two years, for a total of $20,000.
